Alpha Launchpad Review & Expansion Plan
Beta Finance, the first Alpha Launchpad’s incubated project, was announced last week. Let’s review the incubation process, expansion plans we have installed for Alpha Launchpad as well as what the new Alpha Finance website means for the Alpha community.
Alpha Launchpad Incubation Process
The Alpha team has continuously mentored, advised and guided the Beta Finance team through the Alpha Launchpad incubator program, alongside actively building AlphaX and expanding Alpha Homora V2.
When Beta Finance entered the Alpha Launchpad incubator program, it was an early stage project with a product idea and a minimum-viable product. Alpha Launchpad incubation process started with fine-tuning the product idea and product mechanics to ensure maximum product market fit in DeFi.
Throughout the development process, the core Alpha development team provided hands-on technical and product mentorship, reviewed smart contracts in-depth, and connected the Beta Finance team to top security audit firms.
In addition to the product development side, Alpha Launchpad has also mentored Beta Finance team on go-to market and launch strategy, marketing, and community building tactics to launch and grow successfully.
Even after Beta Finance product and token are launched, Alpha Launchpad will continue to provide long-term mentorship and support, as Beta Finance is now a part of the Alpha Universe.

Alpha Launchpad Expansion Plans
Beta Finance is a prime example of how Alpha Launchpad will help other DeFi projects to launch and grow successfully while allowing Alpha Finance Lab to scale efficiently and in a more decentralized way. With Alpha Launchpad, the core Alpha team will be able to focus on building new and on existing Alpha products, whilst mentoring incubated projects.
Simultaneously, ALPHA stakers receive maximum value accrual with this two-sided approach. The new Alpha products will generate fees and value alongside the incubated projects, which will distribute a portion of their tokens and potentially protocol fees to ALPHA stakers.
To further drive Alpha Launchpad forward in a more scalable and decentralized way, we are looking to onboard a number of key DeFi community members to be mentors and advisors for Alpha Launchpad’s incubated projects along with the core Alpha team.
One step at a time, Alpha Launchpad will continue to grow to become a decentralized incubator program that brings DeFi communities together while growing Alpha Finance Lab.
Alpha Finance Website Revamp
As the front of Alpha Finance Lab, Alpha Finance website showcases all the different parts of the Alpha Universe that altogether bring strong synergies and value accrual to the ALPHA community.
Alpha Universe consists of the Alpha ecosystem (Alpha Tokenomics and Alpha products, such as Alpha Homora and AlphaX) as well as other ecosystems (such as Beta Finance) that are incubated by Alpha Launchpad. Our product and UX/UI team have added details to give a much more innovative look.
Closing Thoughts
With Alpha Launchpad, Alpha Finance Lab will continue to drive innovation through both in-house development and incubated projects mentorship, a model that will scale Alpha efficiently and in a more decentralized way.
ALPHA stakers will also benefit with maximum value accrual from launchpad tokens, potential launchpad protocol fees, to protocol fees of the current and upcoming Alpha products.
